Istanbul is a big city having more than 20 million inhabitants. Heavy traffic and possible long traveling times between hotels and the university should be considered in finding accommodation. So the best choice is to choose hotels close to the rail system (Metro  (Aksaraya-Ataturk Airport)) or Tramway (Kabatas-Zeytinburnu). The Organizing Committee recommends that participants select their accommodation from among the hotels and university guesthouses as suggested below.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for accommodation and reservations. All reservations and payments regarding  accommodation must be done by the participants directly with the accommodation providers by using their contact information provided in their webpages and mentioning about this conference for special rates. Regarding the guest houses inside campus please conract the conference representatives.
 
Millions of tourists arrive in Istanbul in June-July so finding a room may be a challenge in hotels. We would like the participants to make their reservations as soon as possible if they are going to stay at the recommended hotels.
