The following social activities are organized by the Organising Committee to provide participants with opportunities to discuss new ideas in informal settings and make new contacts while they enjoy Turkish food and music along with some cultural and environmental beauties of Istanbul. Please note that participation in the opening dinner will be included in regstration fee and Bosphorus tour will cost 60 Euros including the dinner on the board.

Opening Cocktail

An Opening dinner will be served at the end of the first day of the conference on June 8, 2015 at Yildiz Technical University. All participants are welcomed to the dinner where varied participants from different countries gather to discuss the happenings of the first day and share their experiences. The dinner will be accompanied by a short concert on Turkish classical, art, and folk music.

Bosphorus Tour and Dinner

A boat tour will be organized in the Bosphorus which unites two continents Europe and Asia. A dinner will also be served in the boat while participants enjoy natural scenery and historic treasures lined up along the coast such as Ottoman mansions and palaces, historic mosques, and many more. Bosphorus tour and accompanying dinner will be 60 Euros for those who wish to participate.
