Solitons, or self-reinforcing waves that maintain their shape and speed, have been a topic of interest for decades due to their wide applicability in a variety of fields. In recent years, there have been significant advancements in soliton theory and the development of analytical methods for detecting and characterizing solitons. This symposium aims to bring together researchers who are pushing the boundaries of soliton theory and analytical methods, and who are exploring new applications for solitons in science and engineering.
Topics of interest for the symposium include, but are not limited to:
- Novel approaches for finding and characterizing solitons in different systems
- Theoretical advances in soliton dynamics and stability analysis
- Nonlinear optics and soliton propagation in optical fibers
- Solitons in fluid mechanics and wave dynamics
- Applications of solitons in information transmission and signal processing
- The role of solitons in biological systems
- Multi-soliton dynamics and interactions
- Lie symmetry analysis, Conservation laws, Stability analysis, Approximate solutions of nonlinear Schrodinger equations.
- Soliton solutions, Lump solutions, and Multiple-soliton solutions of nonlinear Schrodinger equations
The symposium will provide a platform for researchers to present their latest findings and exchange ideas including the most recent advancements in soliton theory and analytical methods and their potential applications in various fields. We welcome contributions from theoretical, numerical, and experimental studies related to solitons.
